Hello from the Rector

Dear friends,

Thank you to all who supported Clowne Christmas Fair last weekend, we raised over £900! I’m delighted to say that our Victorian Christmas play being performed this Saturday at 7pm is sold out! We’re looking forward to this show – thank you to Hilary for directing and producing.

This Sunday we have our 10am Eucharist for Advent 3 at Barlborough and then our fantastic candlelit 9 Lessons and Carols with Barlborough Primary School choir at 5pm – come early to get a good seat!

At 3pm on Sunday afternoon we are singing carols at Cliff House Care home in Clowne, do feel free to come and join us!

Discipleship Training – Deepen Your Discipleship
You might have enjoyed the Finding Faith course or have been thinking for a while that you’d like to learn more about your faith. Barlborough Christmas Raffle tickets
Please buy some raffle tickets (prizes are on display at the back of church – beautiful hampers) and also take some books of tickets to sell to friends and family. This is our main fundraiser each Christmas so please help! The raffle will be drawn at the Dickensian Carol Concert on Sunday 21^st December at 5pm.
