Online Sunday School ideas

Now children are not in school, this is an opportunity for them to help us with our online services! Children are far better with new technologies than adults and can be very creative. So to get your creative juices flowing, Rev Bryony is issuing a challenge to all creative kids to make a video, audio recording or picture to send in for inclusion in our Sunday service. Send it by email to Rev Bryony or direct via our Facebook pages. You could make an animation with lego, you could perform a song or hymn, you could record yourself reading the bible – let your imagination run wild!

There is a theme every week in the run up to Easter:

23rd-28th March theme:

The story of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. Find the story in John 11:1-45 in a Bible.

30th March-4th April Theme:

The story of Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem on a donkey on Palm Sunday. Find the story in Matthew 21:1-11 in a Bible.

6th April-11th April Theme:

Butterflies – that sign of new life and resurrection. I want our Easter Sunday service to be full of butterflies!
