Holy Week Journey of the Senses – SCENT Join us for a quiet eucharist service meditating on our sense of smell on our journey of the senses in Holy Week.
Mothering Sunday Family Service
Celebrate Mothering Sunday with us at our family friendly service for Barlborough and Clowne. A special collection will be taken for the Children’s Society ‘Strengthening the Safety Net’ appeal. This is a united service (there will be no service at St John the Baptist Clowne on this day). All are welcome, bring the whole family as we celebrate our mother church and ALL those who care for us.
Concert for Passiontide
If anyone would like to ‘come and sing’ with our choir at Barlborough Parish Church (S43 4ER, near Chesterfield, just off jct 30 of the M1) come along at 2.15pm on Palm Sunday (14th April) for a rehearsal of Stainer’s Crucifixion and Faure’s Requiem with a performance at 6pm.
