Special Notice on the reopening of our church buildings

Dear friends, You’ll have seen that the announcement was made this week that we are permitted to return to worship in churches from 4th July. After some prayer and discussion we have decided that we will reopen our church buildings as follows: Barlborough – first Sunday back will be 26th July for St James’ Patronal Festival at 10.00am. Special Notice

It was announced this week by the Government that places of worship may be opened for private prayer. After some discussion we have decided that we will not open our buildings for private prayer at the moment. This is because they are not normally open for ‘drop in’ prayer (so there is not a big demand). We are also having some work done on the churches while they are closed (repairs etc).
