Clowne Parish Church Summer Fair Sat 24th June 10am-2pm – All Welcome
Join us for our wonderful summer fair! Doors open at 10am. There will be an exhibition by Clowne History Society with a launch of a new book, Clowne At War, refreshments, stalls and an outdoor bar run by the Old School Taphouse. Come and join us for a day of fun and fellowship. The event is still going ahead despite the road closure on Church Lane, you can access the church by car via either Ramper Lane or Hollin Hill…

The Parochial Church Council of St James Barlborough is currently considering the future of Barlborough Church Institute. Ten years ago, the PCC took the decision to take on a tenant in order to help with running costs of the building, but we have now reached the point where the cost of doing vital repairs and bringing it up to standard is considerably more than the income we receive.
