The accommodation is a self-contained, one-bedroom, first floor flat at Chandos Pole House in Barlborough.

Applications in writing, using the application form provided, must be returned to the clerk.
Appointments are governed by the terms of a charitable trust scheme administered by the trustees. Residents are required to contribute a weekly sum towards the cost of maintaining the accommodation and the services provided.
Applicants must be prepared to attend interview and will be required to provide evidence of their qualification for appointment.
