Join St James Choir – new children and adult members welcome!

We are welcoming new members to our Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) affiliated choir. Our rehearsals are every Friday at St James Barlborough from 5.45pm for children, 6.10pm for adults -7.30pm. The choir sings at the Sunday morning Eucharist fortnightly and Choral Evensong monthly as well as special concerts and services through the year – not least at Christmas! Memorial Service for John Whybrow, our late, beloved, organist. Sunday 13th February, 5.00pm

In 2020 our beloved organist of 55 years, John Whybrow, sadly died. We are having a special memorial service full of music to celebrate his ministry to us. You are warmly invited to attend on Sunday 13th February at 5.00pm at St James, Barlborough. Launching a new monthly service of Choral Evensong – Sunday 6th February 5pm, St James, Barlborough

I’m delighted to announce that we are beginning a regular monthly service of Choral Evensong at St James, Barlborough on the first Sunday of the month at 5.00pm.
